Sautéed Vegetables with garlic (Chinese Kai Lan)

  • 1 head of leafy greens (Kai lan)300 1 tablespoon of olive oil15
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock5 2 cloves of minced garlic10
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onion30 5 tablespoons of water70
  • Pepper 5 gramsSalted5 pieces

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a pan, then add onions and cook until they become clear.
  • Step 2
    Add the vegetables, vegetable stock and garlic, then keep tossing them in the oil until everything is coated, about 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Add the water (may need more if the vegetables keep drying up) and cook for another 3 minutes, until all the vegetables have wilted.
