Ingredients

  • Cooking Oil20 Japanese short grain rice500
  • Light Soy Sauce10 Salt20
  • Water500 slices

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Use rice cooker to cook the rice. Once cooked, let it cool.
  • Step 2
    Wet your hands with water, Apply some salt and spread around on your hands.
  • Step 3
    Take out the rice to make into triangle shapes.
  • Step 4
    Apply oil on the frying pan. Grill the triangle rice to all sides until crispy. While grilling, apply light soy sauce on the rice.
