Asparagus with Melted Cheese

  • Asparagus2 bunchOil , Extra virgin olive6 ml
  • Salt, Kosher3 g

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Prepare the asparagus by cutting of the hard bottom parts of each asparagus spear.
  • Step 2
    Peel off the bottom 2 inches of each asparagus spear using a vegetable peeler.
  • Step 3
    Place the asparagus on a foil sheet and drizzle drops of olive oil on top. Place the tray in a preheated 180 degrees Celsius oven.
  • Step 4
    Roast the asparagus until they become cooked (around 15 minutes). Serve with melted cheese sauce.
