  • Ginger 8 gLemongrass1 bunch
  • pork chop800 gsoya sauce8 ml
  • Sugar, Brown8 g

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
Mix 40ml of water with the brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemongrass and garlic in a dish. Add in the pork chops and mix well to ensure that the pork chops are well coated. Leave the pork chops in the marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
Transfer the pork chops into a preheated broiler. Broil the pork chops for around 6 minutes, ensuring that the pork is slightly charred and well cooked through.
  • Step 3
While allowing the pork chops to broil, transfer the marinade into a pan and add another ¼ cup of water to the sauce. Thicken the sauce over high heat by stirring it occasionally for around 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
Once the pork is done, transfer to a bowl of rice. Add the thickened sauce on top of the pork and rice. To finish, add some spring rolls on the side (optional).
