Grilled Salmon

  • Garlic powder10 gLemon pepper10 g
  • Oil , Vegetable30 mlSalmon600 g
  • Salt, table7 gsoya sauce50 ml
  • Sugar, Brown30 gWater50 ml

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Place the salmon fillet on the table and season it well with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Ensure that you massage the seasonings well into the fillet. Transfer the salmon fillet into a Ziploc bag.
  • Step 2
    Add soy sauce, brown sugar, water and vegetable oil into a bowl and mix well until the brown sugar cubes dissolve. Pour the mixture into the Ziploc bag. Ensure that the salmon fillet is completely coated with the mixture before placing the entire Ziploc bag into the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Step 3
    After 3 hours, set your oven to grill and preheat it at medium heat. Add some oil to a metal tray before placing the salmon fillet onto the tray.
  • Step 4
    Put the tray into the preheated oven grill and cook both sides of the salmon for 7 minutes each.
  • Step 5
    Once cooked, take out the grilled salmon and serve immediately.
