Ingredients

Total Cooking Time: 60 minutes & above

  • Carrot150g quantityCarrot2 quantity
  • Celery2 stickoxtail10 pieces
  • pepper1 teaspoon Potato250g quantity
  • red onion3 Salt, table1 tablespoon g
  • Spring onion / Scallion2 tablespoons bunchTomato2 quantity
  • Water1500 ml

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Boil tail first by using 150 ml of water until a soft half
  • Step 2
    Add the herbs that have been previously mashed and cloves, then boil again until the tail be true - really soft
  • Step 3
    Add potatoes and carrots, boil vegetables until it matures, when it will be lifted add tomatoes, celery, and green onion. then lift
  • Step 4
    Boil the beef tail with hot water until is tender
  • Step 5
    add the herbs and potatoes and carrots, boil it for 1 hour, before serving put tomatoes, celery, green onions and boil it again
