  • Chicken wings500 gramsCooking Oil20 grams
  • dark soy sauce200 Ginger10 grams
  • light Soy Sauce200 gramssalt10 grams
  • sugar10 gramsWater300 grams

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Put cooking oil into the pot. Add ginger and stir fry until aromatic smell comes out.
  • Step 2
    Add the light and dark soy sauce, including water into the pot. Let it boil.
  • Step 3
    Add sugar and salt into the pot. Continue boiling.
  • Step 4
    Put chicken wings into the pot and let it cook for about 20 minutes to let the soy sauce absorb into chicken wings.
