Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Heat a wok on medium heat and put with oil.
  • Step 2
    When the wok is heat up, add Chinese Pork Sausage into the wok until the Chinese Pork Sausage meat is crispy.
  • Step 3
    Put cooked sausage into a plate.
  • Step 4
    Turn the wok temperature heat to high. Add garlic into the wok, until the garlic is golden brown color. Add snow peas into the wok, stir fry until snow peas are bright in color, then add rice wine and put chinese pork sausage back to the wok and stir fry together.
  • Step 5
    Let the wine fragrances out, then add salt. Place onto a plate and put sesame oil on top.
