  • Egg 4 quantityGarlic6 clove
  • Radish2 quantityRice flour100 g
  • Salt1.5 g Spring onion / Scallion1/4 bunch
  • Sweet soy sauce60 mlTapioca flour5 g
  • Turnip1 quantityWheat flour5 g

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    Mix the rice flour, tapioca flour, wheat flour. In a separate bowl, place the finely grated radish and pour boiling water over it. Combine the radish with the former mixture
  • Step 2
    Add salt and set the combined mixture over a pot of boiling water. Stir until thickened.
  • Step 3
    Grease a pan with vegetable oil and pour the paste into the dish. Steam until cooked. Cut the radish into small cubes.
  • Step 4
    Melt he lard in pan and heat. Then fry the radish cakes until crispy. Place aside
  • Step 5
    Add the remaining lard to the frying pan and beat the eggs with dark soy sauce and set aside. Then fry the garlic and turnip. Transfer the radish cakes back into the pan and add the dark soy sauce.
  • Step 6
    Scramble the radish cakes, garnish with onions and serve
