  • bonito flakes 5 chilli powder3
  • mirin 10 Mustard 3 grams
  • seaweed 5 Soya Sauce30 grams
  • Spring onion / Scallion5 gramswater 200

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    1, on the cooking surface, after opening with cold water, drain;
  • Step 2
    2, water, mirin and soy sauce mixed boil, simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat;
  • Step 3
    3, add bonito flakes, then simmered for a while, turn off the heat;
  • Step 4
