Pork Chops with Red Cabbage

  • apple150 cranberry juice30
  • olive oil30 onion30
  • Pork loin600 gramsred cabbage350
  • water60 wholegrain mustard10

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    remove core of red cabbage and finely sliced. halve and slice onion. peel, core, and chop the apple. Preheat oven to 190 degree celcius.
  • Step 2
    Add olive oil in a wok or large pan. Once heated, add red cabbage and onion, stir fry for 5 mins.
  • Step 3
    After 5 mins, stir in cranberry juice, apple and 4 tablespoon of water. Cover and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Spread mustard over top of pork chops and place into roasting tray. Roast for 15 minutes or until chops are browned and cooked through.
  • Step 5
    Transfer pork and cabbage to a plate and serve immediately.
