Ingredients

  • cucumber100 lemon 30 slices
  • mirin15 Miso15 grams
  • Salmon150 gramssesame oil5
  • Sesame Seeds5 gramssoy sauce15
  • Spring onion / Scallion20 grams

Cooking Method

  • Step 1
    slice salmon into 1 cm strips. julienne the cucumber and thinly slice spring onions.
  • Step 2
    in a small bowl, add miso, mirin, soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil. mix well until no lumps appeared.
  • Step 3
    in a larger bowl, add salmon, cucumber and spring onion. add dressing evenly and mix well.
  • Step 4
    sprinkle with sesame seed and salmon sashimi salad is ready to serve. Enjoy!
